The Melodrama in the Durango Arts Center offers a wonderful evening of entertainment for the entire family.

When you step into the theatre you will return to an bygone era of sing-alongs, slap-stick comedy, villains, heroes and beautiful heroines.

You will see professional, fast-paced, high-energy Melodramas on alternating nights from June through September where audiences can boo the villain and cheer the hero. You will also be entertained by Don French with his hilarious brand of ragtime music and comedy routines.

And when the curtain goes down on the main show you can still look forward to the Vaudeville Revue with its singing, dancing, and comedy routines which will tickle your funny bone and touch your heart.
